How to Use Your Endorsements Page

Your endorsements page lets you collect and showcase what guests, fellow guides, and companies say about working with you — right on your Keyguides profile.

🌟 Where to find it

Log in to your Keyguides Connect account and go to Endorsements in your dashboard. You'll see two sections: Received endorsements on the left and Pending invites on the right.

✉️ Requesting an endorsement

1. Click the Request endorsement button in the top right corner.

2. Choose the relationship type:

   • Previous customer — someone who's been on one of your tours

   • Peer — a fellow guide or colleague

   • Company — a travel agency, hotel, DMC, or operator you've worked with

3. Enter their name.

4. Check the box confirming you have a genuine professional relationship with this person.

5. Click Generate share link.

6. Share the link via WhatsApp, SMS, email — or copy it and send it however you like.

The person you send it to will be asked to verify their email, give a star rating, and write a short endorsement.

Note: Each email address can only submit one endorsement per guide, so the system stays genuine.

👁️ Managing what's visible

Each endorsement has an eye icon in the top right corner. Click it to show or hide that endorsement on your public profile. Your profile, your curation.

📝 Adding context to an endorsement

Under each received endorsement, you'll see Add context. This lets you add your own note that appears alongside the endorsement on your profile — not a reply, but extra information for visitors.

Use it to add background that makes the endorsement richer:

• "We spent a full day together at the fjords in June."

• "I've worked with this company for over three years."

• "Knut joined one of my evening food tours in Oslo."

Your context appears as Note from [Your name] on your public profile.

🔄 Automatic endorsements

Any guest who books with you through Keyguides Connect will automatically receive an endorsement request after their tour. You don't need to do anything — it happens in the background.

🌐 How it looks on your profile

Your profile shows your average star rating and a grid of endorsements. Visitors can see who endorsed you and in what capacity (guest, peer, or company), giving a well-rounded picture of your work.
